RedCore has appointed Volodymyr Todurov as chief executive of its Frogo anti-fraud platform, following his seven-year tenure within the company. The promotion reflects the business group’s internal management development program.
Career Progression and Platform Recognition
Todurov joined RedCore seven years ago as an anti-fraud analyst. He currently serves as chief analytics officer at the parent company while leading Frogo, which received the Anti-Fraud Innovation of the Year award at the SiGMA Central Europe B2B Awards 2025. His transition to leadership began after presenting a cost-optimization and scaling proposal to RedCore CEO and founder Marina Ilina. Ilina approved the initiative by asking, "What resources are required to launch the project?"
Management Framework and Workforce Scale
The company attributes this career progression to a structured leadership development system. RedCore employs nearly 5,000 specialists and more than 700 managers across its brands, with several B2B divisions originating as internal projects. According to Gallup research cited by the company, managers influence up to 70 percent of team engagement, and high engagement correlates with a 21 percent rise in profitability.
Corporate Values and Operational Standards
Oksana Izmailova, chief human resources officer at RedCore, states that the management framework relies on five corporate values: Be the First to Lead, Be an Expert in Your Domain, Be a Partner in Teamwork, Be Focused on Results, and Be Open and Honest in Communication. These principles guide hiring, onboarding, product launches, and strategic decisions. The unified approach enables the group to expand operations while maintaining consistent standards.
